A project viva tests whether you understand your own work: why you chose the problem, how the system works, how you evaluated it and what you would improve.
You do not need to memorise answers. You need to be able to explain your architecture, your key algorithm and your results in plain language.

How long is a typical project viva?
Usually 10 to 20 minutes including the demo, depending on your university.
Should I memorise my report?
No. Understand it well enough to explain it in your own words.
